Skyline Elite is a Dubai building cleaning company that specialises in the hardest part of keeping a building clean: the outside. Since 2015 our IRATA-certified rope access team has cleaned glass facades, cladding and high-level signage on residential towers, malls, hotels, offices and industrial buildings across the UAE.

Every service below starts with a site survey. We check roof anchors, access, the number of drops and working hours, then send a fixed-price proposal with a method statement, so your facility and HSSE teams know exactly what to expect.

How we access your building

Rope access – our primary method. IRATA-certified technicians descend from certified roof anchors, one drop at a time.
BMU and cradle – where a building maintenance unit is installed, we work from the cradle with your facility team.
Boom lift – for low-rise facades, warehouses and dock areas, normally arranged by the client or site.

Who we work for

Owners' associations, facility management companies, malls, hotels, logistics parks and developers rely on us for one-time cleans and annual maintenance contracts (AMC). We prepare the permit-to-work pack, risk assessment, IRATA certificates and insurance documents before the first drop.
