Access methods
The right way down every building
Not every tower has a cradle. We survey the roof and choose the safest method for your facade.
Rope access
Technicians descend in drops from certified roof anchors, cleaning one vertical strip at a time. Rope access reaches facades a cradle can't, needs no heavy equipment on your roof, and sets up quickly.

BMU & cradle
Where a building maintenance unit is installed, our team operates from the cradle with the building's facility team, following your BMU procedures and inspection records.

For low-rise facades, warehouses and dock areas, we clean from a boom or scissor lift. The lift and its operator are normally arranged by the client or site.
